Sale Information
The initial NFB sale will be hosted on Liquid Collectibles, through a Dutch auction held for the NFB Index Token, NFBi. The sale will last 48 hours or as soon as all the allotted tokens sell out. Once the sale is complete, you’ll be able to redeem your NFBi tokens for an actual NFB at a rate of 100 NFBi = 1 NFB. NFBs will be revealed approximately 72 hours after the completion of the sale.
After the reveal, you’ll be able to swap your NFBi for another NFB at the rate of 105 NFBi = 1 NFB.
And please don’t forget NFBs are a collection and will have no additional utility.
What is a “Dutch Auction”?
A Dutch auction is a unique auction model that allows for a number of benefits over more traditional auctions. As applied to crypto, a Dutch auction allows for assets to find their true market price while preventing bots from taking advantage of smart contracts and de-incentivizing whales from purchasing large amounts.
To facilitate this, Dutch auctions typically operate in a manner opposite to regular auctions, starting at a higher price and slowly declining until all purchases are made.
How will this work for the NFB sale?
The NFBi token sale will start at a rate of 0.85 BNB = 100 NFBi (1 whole NFB), and progressively decline until the price hits 0.05 BNB = 100 NFBi. There will only be 650,000 NFBi tokens for sale, so act quickly! The longer you wait for the price to go down, the lower your chances will be of getting an allocation of NFBi! The sale is first come, first serve and there are no limits to the purchase amount per user.
Post-Sale NFBi Owner Options
Once you have NFBi, you have multiple options to invest your tokens beyond redeeming them for an NFB.
You can:
🚜 Farm: Stake NFBi + BNB to earn LICO (Liquid Collectibles native token)
🔄 Swap: You can exchange all or a portion of your NFBi for any other token
💎 Hodl: You can hold your $NFBi (as it goes to the moon)
